Board Meeting Info & Minutes
Meetings are held on the second Monday of each month, January through November at 7:00 PM. The Annual Meeting in May replaces the regularly scheduled meeting and is held on the third Sunday at 2:00 PM.*
Monthly meetings are open to all Loch Erin Property Owners in good standing and are held at the Cambridge Township Hall (9990 M-50, Onsted, MI 49265).
*Meetings are not held in the month of December.
Loch Erin Members,
Thank you to those that came out and attended the Annual LEPOA Meeting. We had 62 members come and be a part of this year's meeting. The Board would like to say thank you to the Friends Of Loch Erin for sponsoring this year's meeting and providing the snacks and refreshments. A special thank you to the cookies provided by Jill Coleman. The board also wants to thank the following board members for their service to the community: Daphne Williams, Tom Ciepichal, and Christian Malcolm!
With that said the election results were as follows:
- Eric Cullum - 48 votes
- Phil Kittredge - 51 votes
- Dan Fahrer - 49 votes
- Kathy Zmijewski - 79 votes
- Bob MacDonald -56 votes
- Chris Denunzio - 62 votes
- Randy Hutchison - 47 votes
There were 90 total ballots and 94 properties that voted. Congrats to the entire board for being elected! The Board Officers will be selected at a later date and communicated to membership.
